Pt 3 Quails have courage yet don't need muscle to deal with danger. They use awareness, cover, sentinels, camouflage and community cooperation to outsmart predators

Pt 2 The quails are masters of mindful awareness. They must be to survive and thrive. Watching them shows me that I have some awareness issues to attend to.

Flying home to Vancouver Island, Canada after 20 years of work and adventure abroad. Two Jindo dogs come along and we'll soon house-sit with a covey of quails.
